4 Herbs We Can't Live Without & Their Benefits.

I’ve always been into natural remedies and improving my overall health in general. I was watching my favorite astrologer/ healer Monique Ruffin (The Moon Mama) and she shared that she drinks herbal infused water throughout the day to one, get her water intake and two, to get her daily intake of herbs and their nutrients as well as benefit from its spiritual aids.
I’ve been using my french press to strain the herbs from the water but any tea strainer will do. I let the herbs seep for about 30 minutes, add it to a couple mason jars then refrigerate over night for the morning.
You can drink with or without sweetener but personally I didn’t need any. I definitely feel the effects of each herb. They are refreshing, de-stressing, energizing and head clearing. Check out all the benefits below!
